Meet Shaughnessy
Shaughnessy Dusling is an entrepreneur, community builder, and advocate for women in business. After navigating a divorce, she launched a successful real estate business, while serving as a strong role model to her two daughters. As a co-founder of Leverage and Lead LI, Shaughnessy is committed to creating spaces where female entrepreneurs can connect, grow, and thrive. She deeply believes in the power of collaboration, authenticity, and lifting each other up. Shaughnessy cant wait to help more women transform their ambition into lasting success.

Meet Sydney
Sydney Siegel first entered the beauty industry in 2012. Starting as an assistant, she worked her way up while continuously furthering her education--in not only the service end of the beauty industry, but the business side as well. This lead her to open MidnightLash in 2021, with a mission to create a space where flawless technique meets a welcoming, judgement free environment for women to celebrate their most authentic selves. As a co-founder of Leverage and Lead LI, Sydney is dedicated to showing fellow female entrepreneurs that collaboration will always win over competition.
